Best Domains for Business
We buy. And when we should not, we broker.

Sitting on a name you never built?

It costs you a renewal every year and earns nothing. Somewhere there is a business for whom that exact name solves an exact problem. Finding them is the job.

Two outcomes

We will tell you which one applies.

Fastest

We buy it from you

If the name fits what we already work in, you may get a direct offer. One buyer, no listing, no waiting for the right person to wander past. You will know quickly either way.

Usually worth more

We broker it for you

We go find the business the name is genuinely worth money to, instead of parking it on a marketplace and hoping. Terms agreed in writing before any work starts.

And a third answer we give more often than you would expect: keep it and build on it. If the name is a good fit for something you are already doing, selling it is the worse trade. We will say so.

Send it over

One name or a hundred.

Portfolios are welcome. We hold hundreds of names ourselves, so a long list does not scare us and we will not pretend the weak ones are strong to win the listing.

You will get a written read: what the name has going for it, what is working against it, whether we want to buy it, and what a realistic range looks like.

Free. No listing fee, no upfront cost to have us look.

We use what you send here to answer you and nothing else. No list, no resale. See our privacy page.

Seller questions

Before you send it.

Do you buy domains outright?

Sometimes. If a name fits categories we already work in — home services, accessible bath, real estate, travel, marketing — we may make you a direct offer. That is the fastest possible outcome for you: one buyer, no listing, no waiting.

What if you do not want it?

Then we will tell you plainly, and we can broker it instead. Brokerage means we look for the buyer for whom your name solves a real problem, rather than listing it and hoping. Terms depend on the name and we agree them before any work starts.

What does a valuation cost?

Nothing. Send the name through the valuation page and you get a written read for free, including when the honest read is that it is worth less than you were hoping.

Should I use an auction site instead?

Auctions work well for names with broad appeal and a lot of interested parties. They work badly for a name whose value sits with one specific business, because that business has to happen to be watching on the right day. Most keyword and geo names fall into the second group.

How does the transfer work if it sells?

Payment clears first, then you release the authorization code and the name pushes to the buyer’s registrar. For larger transactions, escrow protects both sides and we will recommend it without being asked.

Rather just read it to us?

Call and say the name. We will tell you on the spot whether it is something we would buy, something we would broker, or something you should keep.
