Not bare namesNames with something already built on them.
Most of the portfolio is undeveloped — clean names waiting for somebody to build. These are the exception. Each one has a live site behind it with real structure and real history, which makes it a business asset rather than a domain purchase.
Spin one. These are the ones with something behind them.
The rest of them, in a list.
You are buying a going thing, not a name.
A bare domain is potential. A developed name is potential plus whatever somebody already did with it — and that second part is where the price comes from and where the questions should go.
Ask what pages exist. Ask what the content is and whether it is any good. Ask what the history looks like. Ask whether the brand comes with it or just the name. Those answers change the number enormously, and we would rather you ask than assume.
What we will not tell you is that the search positions transfer with the sale. They are not property. A site with history usually holds up better than a fresh one, and that is genuinely worth something — but ownership, hosting and content changes all move the picture, and nobody can promise you otherwise.

What makes a name “developed”?
There is a live site on it. Real pages, real structure, real content, and a history of being online rather than parked. That is a different asset class from a bare name and it prices differently.
Are these really for sale?
Yes. Every one of them, including the ones we use daily. There is no reserve list on this site. Some will be expensive and some will come with conditions about transition, but nothing here is off the table.
What comes with it?
That is the whole negotiation and it is different every time. The name, the site, the content, sometimes the history and sometimes an arrangement about the brand. Ask specifically before you compare the price to a bare domain, because you are not comparing the same thing.
Will the rankings come with it?
Rankings are not property and they do not transfer like a title. A site with history tends to hold its position better than a new one, but a change of ownership, hosting, content or direction can move things in either direction. Anyone promising you the rankings survive the sale is guessing.
Interested in one of these?
Say which one and what you would do with it. These conversations go deeper than a bare-name sale, and they should.
